If you are selling new or handcrafted items, you must have a California State Board of Equalization Resale Permit, with our address on it. Our address is:

A State Board of Equalization Permit may be obtained at no cost from any State Board of Equalization office.
Once you have your Resale Permit, you may contact our office or use our online application form. (can you please make that a link to the online application form?)
a. No guns, fireworks, or ammunition of any kind is allowed.
b. No hash or water pipes, roach clips, or other paraphernalia commonly used or associated with the use of marijuana, or other forms of dangerous drugs or narcotics, is allowed.
c. No endangered species products of any description is allowed.
d. No items which are illegal or pornographic are allowed, including adult magazines such as Playboy, Playgirl, Penthouse or Hustler.
e. No items which may constitute patent, trademark or copyright infringement and no counterfeit products, nor any items involving a misrepresentation and warranty, trademark, patent, or copyright infringement of any type is allowed. If any vendor is found to be in violation of this rule, he/she shall indemnify and hold harmless the Santa Fe Springs Swap Meet from any damages, expenses, or costs which they may incur.
f. No other item which in the opinion of the management may be hazardous to the health and/or welfare of the vendors and/or other persons on the premises of the Santa Fe Springs Swap Meet is allowed.
g. No motor vehicle sales is allowed.

The cost of each space varies slightly due to the different size of each space in addition to the location within the swap meet. Please use our online application form (can you please make that a link to the online application form?) so that we can contact you and show you what spaces we have available.
Every space is unique and varies in size. We have spaces of all shapes and sizes. Come on by and see which one best suits you!
Rent is due on the first day of every new month. We only accept checks and money orders (no cash please).
As a vendor, you have 30 minutes prior to regular business hours every day to come set up and open your shop. You will also have 30 minutes at the end of each day to close your shop. If you need to come in to work outside of regular business hours, you can do so by submitting an After-Hours Application Permit to our office with a 24 hours’ notice. Such permits are available for you at our onsite management office.
We are open 5 days a week from 10am -5pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday Friday and Sunday. (closed Tuesday’s and Saturday’s)

We have a designated parking lot for our vendors. There are no assigned spaces but you will be provided with a parking permit.

No, you cannot transfer your space to someone else. Please contact our office if you wish to sell your business and we will work with you.
